Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Ritz-Carlton in January 2014.
Interview Details – Second time I've interviewed with Ritz, one year later. Interview conducted over the phone, person was pleasant but obviously young criticizing some of my work history saying I didn't work long at some jobs, when you're in your 40s nine months is a long time. Got an email later saying the company decided not to make the position available, then I got a rejection letter the next day saying they decided on another candidate, few hours later got an invitation to a job fair for the same position. If the Ritz needs a proof-reader I'm available.
Interview Question – No questions, just job descriptions...typical of North Florida. Answer Question
Very Easy Interview
I interviewed at Ritz-Carlton in January 2013.
Interview Details – Attended job fair, after introduction the interviewer excused himself to use restroom, let's just say I was waiting a while, felt rather uncomfortable sitting alone in open room while other interviews going on around me, not much questioning, long job description, in fact I asked all the questions!
Interview Question – Like I said I asked the questions and I know just about everything there is for a steward position at the Ritz without getting the job or ever working there! Interview if you can call it that was long detailed description of the operations behind house, I had a feeling the position had already been filled. Good coffee...what more can I say?
