Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
There were in all 5 rounds before the offer was made.
First two rounds were pretty simple. They should ask you simple programming questions, and about your previous experiences. The third was average, and the rest two were slightly tougher than average.
You need to be somewhat familiar with Algorithms, Data Structures, Operating Systems, etc. The pay was good, and it is a decent company.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 3 weeks)
The interviewer went through the resume and also asked some basic programming questions. You can answer them using any O-O languages. Some level of networking and TCP/IP knowledge is required. It's a good experience though
