Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
They asked me about the software testing process, taking an example of 'how will you test a coffee cup'.
They also asked me about my resume, and my skills. since my area of interest was networks, I was asked questions on that, like ip protocol, routers and switches etc.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 3 weeks)
I got a call from the HR asking me for a date and time for solving and submitting a coding assignment.
It consists of two questions to be solved in an hour. I was not able to complete both but I mentioned the algorithm to each of them. A day later, got a call for a telephonic interview. It was a 1:1 interview with basic technical questions. Was selected for an onsite interview. It consisted of 6 rounds with each individual of the team. It tested for all the requirements for the opening. It also had an informal discussion at lunch with the entire team. A good learning experience over all.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
recruiting send me job description for software engineer and it said all about programming and developing tools for testing. when hiring manager called he was looking somebody with manual testing experience and he said this position will hardly require 15% coding. It was really misleading in the first place by recruiting about the job description..
never got back
