Interviewed May 2011 in San Francisco, CA (took 2 days)
They moved very fast after the initial phone interview. Had 2 rounds of on-site interviews. The entire interviews are very technical. Covered algorithm, networking, multi-threading, etc. No question about my past projects/experience. People interviewed me seem nice.

Interviewed May 2010 in San Francisco, CA (took a day)
I applied online and got a call from a recruiter the next day saying that a manager wants to interview me. I had the interview the very next day. The manager seems to be very strict on definitions and I found to be little disgusting. There were a couple of questions and he asked me Data structures question. He was uncompromising until I came up with THE solution he has thought of. Got reject an hour after the interview.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in San Francisco, CA (took 1+ week)
Interview process was very good. Recruiter was excellent. She contacted me the next day after I was referred, scheduled the phone interview 2 days later and then face to face interview 3 days after that.
Unfortunately, I made some silly mistakes during my face-to-face interview and did not get the offer.
Interview. The company has a great office in the middle of SFO downtown with the flexibility to work from their Sunnyvale office.
Brush up your C coding skills, data structures, algorithms and problem solving skills. practice a lot of coding before the face-to-face interview.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in San Francisco, CA (took 2 weeks)
Initially met them at the career fair at school. Talking to the person it was evident that they were there just for the heck of it and didn't have any actual jobs. After a week I was called in for a phone interview and they asked really basic questions about multi-processing which I correctly answered, but never heard from them again. When tried getting back to the recruiter, never got a reply. They should have had atleast the decency to reply.
