Robert Bosch India Senior Software Engineer Interview

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Thiruvananthapuram (India) – Reviewed Jul 25, 2012

Interview Details – - Walkin was conducted in Trivandrum, Kerala
- Initially there was a face to face technical interview
- Then we have a discussion with Group Manager
- Salary discussions with HR

Note: Try to attend employee referral walkins if possible. Gives an added advantage

Interview Question – - Object Oriented programming
- Asp.NET
- SQL
- Since I was from CMMI L5 company; they had asked SDLC
They had not digged deep then.

Now they ask
- WCF
- Advaned OOPs
- ASP.NET concentrating on Sessions and Authentication
- SQL 2008
- SDLC
- WPF (if req)   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I had 2 yrs of Exp then and was getting 2 lacs per-annum.
I negotiated and got 4.18 lacs offer.

Other Details - The process took 4+ weeks.
