Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Started off with a written test which varied based on the candidate's educational background. For an electronics engineer , it contained everything from Network Analysis to Microprocessor Design
Additional , there was a mandatory Math and English section for everyone , which was set at the standard high school level.
The final interview was based on the projects done by the candidates , their aspirations , how they would fit into the company

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Bellwood, IL (took 4+ weeks)
I had a phone interview with the recruiting manager and then a panel interview with 2 people in person. The interview process itself was fine, but I never heard from them after the face-to-face interview. I had to just assume I wasn't selected for the position. I did find it frustrating that after the recruiting manager called me and said he wanted to do a phone interview with me, I had to contact him 3 times before he got back in touch with me.

The HR generalist would first ask a few questions to understand the applicant's background, then will discuss the motive for applying the job. HR would then question about the capability of the candidate in general areas of the job, and pass on the more specific questions to the Accounting manager.
