Interviewed Oct 2011 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
Initially had two phone interviews with a regional director and then a hiring partner to determine eligibility and then was asked to go to the Orlando location to have an in-person interview but travel expenses were paid out of my personal pocket. The interview had 4 other candidates at the same location at the same time and consisted of us being split up and the partners in the company, including the CEO, rotated to each of the potential candidates. Most of the interview consisted of them talking to me about the company and some questions were thrown in such as having to explain how to determine what use should go in a particular site, what value I would bring to the team, favorite extracurricular activities and such things. With rotations the interview took approximately 2 hours and was quite intense although there didn't seem to be a major focus to the interview questions and there didn't seem to be a commitment to asking questions to determine who was the best fit. It almost felt that the decision had already been made and they were going through the motions. No offer was received but I found out that apparently no offer had been made as they decided to reevaluate their hiring needs. The process was protracted, stressful and did not indicate a good culture that exists at the company.
