Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 2 days)
Applied for non-related positions with their clients, but was called about a recruiting position instead. They rushed me for next day interview and would provide little-to-no information about the position prior, not even the title, that could help come in prepared or do any research. Even the interview was very vague. Seemed like that was all on purpose and they were just 'tire-kicking' for any person who applied to their clients who they thought may be good for their recruiting sales. Had two, very short 1:1 interviews. One was a salesman type and other the 'bottom-line' manager - both wore dark-colored suits, white shirt & tie. They were reasonably personable, manager even let a profanity slip. They asked me to call next day to let them know if interested, so I sent thank you notes, called & asked many follow-up questions. Questions about potential for future mobility within the company were NOT well-received. When asked, they said it is basically a 4-stage interview, further outlined the process and said they were 'just browsing' over medium-term. Said they would keep in touch about a follow-up for that position and/or others with their clients, but they never have.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 1+ week)
The hiring/interviewing process went by fast. I went there for an accounting position but was talked into talking about sales. Met with 3 levels of management in one day and the 4th a few days later. Got the offer just after having references checked.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Milwaukee, WI (took 3 weeks)
With Robert Half... They are very vauge about salary...they never really indicate what your salary would be. At first I was told that there would be a base plus commision but I found our that after one year your position is straight commission.
I went through 3 interviews, with several different mangers. Overall, everyone was helpful and friendly.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 5 days)
I was contacted by a recruiter from RHI. He left four messages before I called back (should have been my red flag).. I did a brief phone interview.. then met with the Branch Manager.. then did a working interview for about 2 hours.. then met with all the other employees.. then met with the regional VP, then had a phone interview with "the boss's boss's boss's boss". Unfortunately, I got the job.

I didn't bother. Money isn't as important to me as an enjoyable work culture.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Dayton, OH (took 3 days)
Initial contact through the phone - she asked a few questions then set up an in person interview with the Division Director. The interview with the Division Director was pretty casual. Answered questions about experience and qualifications. She asked, "what was the most difficult situation, and how did you handle it" type of questions. Next interview was a week later with the Regional Director. She asked the same questions the Division Director asked during the first interview. Then I followed her back to meet the team and shadow the Division Director for about 20 min. enough to watch her make a sales call and make small talk with the rest of the staff. She then said that she would check my references and I would hear something by the end of the week. A week passed and I didn't hear anything. Then she called me to let me know that my interview was great and I had all of the right answers. However, they went with the other candidate because her personality "meshed better" with the other girls. She said if she had two positions, I would have received an offer. She then asked if she could refer me to one of her colleagues (not a client), but a friend who was looking for someone with my background (education and hr).
