Senior Account Executive Interview

Senior Account Executive
San Jose, CA

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Robert Half in July 2009.

Interview Details – Many phone calls before meet. Actually had interview for different RHI offices so had to meet at varous locations because they had openings at each. Then, kept waiting in conference room before meeting - at both locations. Shuffled people in and out. Did not provide clear information of each interviewer position or role in hiring process. They have various openings and seemed to be figuring out which role would be the one offered. Seemed very indecisive on what openings actually were.

Interview Question – Why do you want to do this type of work?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – They do have some room to negotiate although they will say they don't... go for max base salary, and make sure you understand the commission process.
