Applied online and received an email for a phone interview. Had to follow-up with the HR regarding my application after the first round. Received a second round for a phone interview after a month. After the second round, I was asked for writing samples and transcripts. Was informed in the second round that will be called on-site if the documents match the requirements.

I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi in March 2011.

    Interview Details

I showed up to the interview 10 minutes early. The HR person showed up late and started the interview even later to wait for a second person. She cut the time short due to a scheduling conflict afterward. The questions came off of a sheet and were asked rapidly, I am sure she didn't take the information accurately. I didn't even finish some questions when she moved on to the next, which was rude. These elements made a very strange situation to deal with.
