Rogers Communications Customer Service Representative Interview

so I applied on-line on their company website in late November and haven't heard from them until by mid-December. Got a call on Monday and told me to come in for an interview on Friday (didn't tell me that it would be a group interview). In a way, I was kinda blindsided by this because for those who posted their interview experience on this website stated that they got a phone interview followed by a 1:1 interview. For me...not the case.
So come Friday afternoon I'm at their headquarters on Bloor St. E and it's just three of us candidates with the manager and the assistant manager. interview begins with an ice breaker "2 truths,1 lie" to help cut the nervousness amongst us candidates. This was followed by questions including "What do you know about Rogers?" "How would you define good customer service?" "give an example of a time when YOU HAD bad customer service" "What does teamwork mean to you?" "what is the latest book that you read?"...i'm sure i'm missing one or two questions but this is what I remembered from this interview. To be honest I think I outperformed the other two candidates and I say this because when the other two were speaking there were times when i got confused with their answers as it just made no-licka sense and I saw the same eyebrow raising look from the managers as well.
As the interview was coming to a close we were given the opportunity to ask questions about the company. One of the managers stated that candidates would know an answer by the following Tuesday with successful ones getting a phone call and the unsuccessful ones getting an e-mail.
It is now Tuesday+1 and i have yet to receive either an e-mail or a phone call. Ill give it by this Friday for any feedback and if nothing then i'm cutting my losses and moving forward.
