Interview Details

Sent in resume multiple times for similar jobs. Got a call after a month of applying for job. Interviewed by HR (mix of aptitude, experience questions, etc), interviewed by hiring manager (provided samples of work, people skills, etc), interviewed by alternate managers (similar questions). Reference calls were made. Got the offer letter after 2 months of the process.

Interview Questions
  • Nothing really unexpected - need to know your skills and talk about your expertise. Read up about the company and bring work samples.   Answer Question
Negotiation Details
Not much scope for negotiations - give a salaray range always. A few emails back and forth to get better than the lowest value in the range, but if you're not a rock star with blazing achievements, you won't be able to negotiate much.
