I applied through other source and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Rogers Communications.
Interview Details – I submitted my resume on line. HR contacted me initially. Then a two person interview including reporting manager. Then a final one with director. Not difficult is you know your stuff.
Interview Question – With this particular group there were no unexpected questions. However, Rogers has numerous departments and managers hiring. One experience may not be the same and another. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Straight forward.

Interview Details – Phone interview with HR representative and scheduled a follow up interview with the hiring manager. Face to Face interview with hiring manager went very well ( I thought). I was introduced to the team (after the interview), informed of in depth expectations for the position, hours of operation and completed a tour of the facility. Hiring manager expressed that it was a pleasure to meet with me and confessed that he was impressed with my responses to his questions.
Interview Question – what is the structure of our department? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – I was never offered the position because I am over qualified!!
