Roleplaying with a customer. You are a Cisco salesperson

  and you are coming in to a first-time meeting with a customer and have to create a rapport with them, then 'sell' them on a Cisco technology, and get enough of a buy in to have a future meeting.

Basically this 'question' is a scenario where you have to walk into a customer office and be someone who has the job you are interviewing for. They're looking for personability and communication in this, not necessarily technical knowledge or someone who knows it all. Just be yourself, be relaxed, and have fun with it. Be sure you know how to really listen.
