National Account Executive Interview

Anonymous Employee
Washington, DC

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Roll Call in January 2010.

Interview Details – Minimal. Call from HR led to two mtgs: one with middle mgr then with Managing Director, followed by a CYA meeting with a junior rep.

Negotiation Details – Limited negotiation. I received an account list worth what I required and subsequent negotiations were with unhappy co-workers whose accounts had been given to me.
