Interviewed Feb 2012 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
Initially received a call from recruiter, about 2 weeks after I applied online. I had one phone interview, very easy going, sort of like get to know you better. The lady I spoke with was very easy to talk to and very informative. The phone interview took about 45 minutes. The Company seems to be very down to earth and in touch with true customer service. I received a call about a week later from the same recruiter to let me know that they had identified a candidate and that I will not be proceeding further. The amazing thing was that she gave me feedback and areas that I did not match with the position. I was impressed with the level of care and time she took to call back. Overall experience, granted it was very short, I felt like Room and Board lives what it preaches on their guiding principles.
