Interviewed Feb 2009 (took 1+ week)
I saw the ad on Career Builder and submitted a resume. The ad disappeared, but then popped up a week later, so I resubmitted my resume after finding out who the manager was and addressing the resume to her. I called 3x to arrange an interview. After interviewing with the location manager and the area manager, I was "hired" but they kept putting my start date back. I finally said "Do you want me to start or should I continue looking for a job?" I started, but they never submitted my paperwork for 2 weeks. I lost sales because I had no sales code and had to use my managers sales code. Overall, I felt like they (kiosk management) didn't know how to hire people.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Interview was fairly easy. Had 1 Phone interview which was very brief - Their goal was to find someone with customer service and sales background. Asked the typical what have you done and why am I looking for part-time work.
Had 1 face to face and was hired on the spot. Questions where geared to what did I know about Rosetta Stone and how I felt about working retail hours. Wanted to know what bad decisions I have made in my life that I learned from. Also, if I ever had the opportunity to take advantage of someone but didn't, what was my motivation? Which person in history has had the most impact in my life? The manager was reading from a script provided by HR.
On the front end the company is looking for people of integrity.
Had to pass a background check and go through the HR new employee training program.
