Interviewed Aug 2010 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Interview for promotion, they have a process that is done in one day. You have rotations with different members of HR, Zone managers, & DMs. You'll have a store walk, an "in-box" where you map out your own DM visit notes for another location, & an actual sit down interview typically with HR.

Submitted application and Resume online. Regional Recruiter contacted and asked some initial questions related to my experience etc. Then mentioned they would forward my info to the HR manager and would be in contact soon. After I was contacted, I was asked a series of questions that pertain to my leadership traits and qualities.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Very extensive interview process. Three different levels of phone interviews and then a final one on one interview. After making it through the interview process, an offer was made. Once I accepted, a background check was completed taking around 5 business days. The whole process took around three weeks.
