Interviewed Oct 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took 2 weeks)
I was contacted about 3 weeks after coming in and filling out an application, inviting me to come in to do an interview. It was a pretty basic 1 on 1 interview. I was asked about my previous employment, why I wanted to work for Round Table, what my strengths and weaknesses were, and what I felt I would bring to the company. I received a call the next day with a job offer. A couple days later I had to go to their "Success Camp", which is basically where they send all their new employees to train them as a group and then I was all set for work.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Colma, CA (took a day)
The interview process consisted of a 1:1 interview with the store manager. It involved questions of whether I had any experience in the restaurant or food service business. It definitely helps if you do. It does not require much for the job, just basic knowledge with the cash register and memorization of what is served on the menu. In the end, it is all determined by your availability.

The interview was 1:1 with the store manager. I was referred by a current employee and the interview itself lasted for about 10 minutes. I was asked specific questions about the area, and how long will I need to learn the streets and addresses.
