Don't waste your time interviewing for Roundys....
They like to use the "Top Grading Process"
The interview took 3 hours. Towards the end of the interview, I explained what my salary requirements were, and told me that the amount was "unheard of".
Also, I would like to note that the manager's seemed annoyed, or as if I were wasting their time when answering their ridiculous repetitive questions.

I was contacted by phone within a day or two of completing the online application. That contact served as a phone interview that lasted approximately 15-20 minutes and at that time a one on one interview was schedule for the following day. The actual interview lasted for approximately 2 hours and I felt the person interviewing me discussed several personal topics that weren't applicable to the actual position. It seemed as though that person wanted to kill time to avoid doing other things they might have needed to get done.

Recruiter called me about possible job opportunity and application. After an initial phone screen a group/panel interview date was set. Interview lasted around 90 minutes, until one of the interviewers received an emergency email/phone call.
Interview focused more on my college and high school lifestyle, GPA and former teachers/managers than my previous position.
I often got the feeling by body movements that I was wasting their time with my answers, yet they kept asking the same questions. What does my high school life have to do with how I work on a daily basis, especially if I have been out of high school for over 15 years?
They suggested carpools to save money, since parking seems to be at a minimum. And asked if I wanted to meet those I could possibly carpool with...
A second interview was set up and cancelled the evening before due to a last minute meeting.
3 days later I received an email stating that they were no longer going to be interviewing me and would be going another direction with other candidates.

The phone interview went well - set up an in-person interview for the following week. The two panel interview process took 2 and 1/2 hours. They started off telling me about the company. My impression is that they are a top heavy large corporation - lean on the hourly workers. They made it very clear that "Chairman Bob" is a micro-manager.

Didn't wait for an offer - sent a "thanks but no thanks" letter to them because the whole large corporate B.S. was a complete turnoff.

The in-person interview was odd. It took place at a local mall, and I was asked strange questions such as what my favorite food was or if I liked high school! Although I was in the final 3, she never responded to my request for a follow-up status and I was left hanging. Not very professional.
