Leadership, teamwork, short-term and long term goal, work under pressure, your most pround achievement. Phone interview sucks, they hire 3rd party company to do the interview. No interactions. The person asked questions like a robot.

I had initial interview with the campus bank representative. He first talked about the company and then went over my resume, asking specific questions about jobs, extracurricular activities and internships. There were a few behavior questions. There was also discussion about what business classes I had taken. I felt comfortable in the interview but did not get a offer to proceed further.

Applied online, did the online tests (numerical and verbal), and then I was invited to the assesment center directly. It was actually quite short: a multiple-choice test (basically u got a formula sheet and need to calculate for each value), not hard, but do make sure u wont spend too much time on the first question and run out of time in the end; and then a short interview, around 20 minutes, no technical questions, all about cv.

After i have done all the numerical and logical test, i got the phone interview from Asia. The call was midnight UK time. But general the interview question was just like what online said. easy and straight forward. The whole interview was only 15 mins. I didnt get the offer because i applied the last day. The time they interview me they have already enough ppl. So do apply early

Interviewed for the FInance SUmmer Internship Position in HK. Seems that the interview is outsourced. It is a competency interview lasted for 30 mins. The interviewer was very nice but the whole interview process was not very pleasant because it took more the 2 months to receive the reject letter.

HR staff seemed unprofessional, internal recruiter called in sick the morning of my interview and didn't tell anyone. I showed up on time for my interview and had to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes before someone finally came down to let me in.
When the interview finally started I met with 4 different people, one equal to my level and three more senior managers. They seemed smart, but the role they were considering me for was probably better suited for someone more junior.
