Interviewed Nov 2010 in Singapore (Singapore) (took a day)
There will be 3 stages of application process if they considered you as potential candidates in Graduate Programme (back office position)
1. Online logical reasoning and numerical test from SHL
2. Phone interview (they will send you an email informing you what kind of questions you should prepare, and some useful tips when conducting phone interview)
3. Assessment center
This AC consists of 3 components: IQ test / reasoning test, 30 mins case study, two 1:1 interviews
Interview questions mostly include behavioral questions such as "do you think what other areas you can improve if you could conduct the case study again?", technical questions such as " what kind of skills do you think you can contribute to the program?, and some brain teaser questions such as "what's square root of 0.5"
