EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY.
I had a phone with the Director of Marketing and Communications, who told me at the beginning of the conversation that she only had 5 minutes because she was "so busy." What a great way to start off an interview that I was excited for all day! Then day later, I received an email from a recruiter informing me that they would review my resume and get back to me... Weird, because I had already had a phone interview. Then today (5/24), I received a call from the recruiter who asked me what my salary requirements were, and informed me that I was getting a second interview. So I've been excited all day, and awaiting the call from the hiring manager about scheduling my second interview. THEN, all of a sudden, I just now get an email stating that I was NOT selected for the interview process! Seriously? HOW RUDE!
