Interviewed Mar 2010 in Miami, FL (took 1 week)
I applied for the position through the company's website. After reviewing my resume, I was invited for a one on one interview that lasted close to 45 minutes. In the interview we went over my past achievements and responsibilities and what I was looking for in my next job. After the interview it was determined that I was probably not qualified enough for this position.

Interviewed May 2010 in Miami, FL (took 2 days)
Was called I'n for an interview after applying thru the company's website. The process was pretty standard. Initial phone interview with the recruiter followed by an In person interview with two staff members. If all went well you are then invited to a third round of interview with the hiring manager.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Miramar, FL (took a day)
Spoke directly with the Hiring Manager. Person was very pleasant to speak with. Lasted over 30 minutes on phone. Was not able to obtain a direct answer about a position, but person said that I was strong candidate that could be asset to company. I followed up again after 3 weeks. I'm still waiting to see if I receive that magical phone call. However, I doubt it.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Miami, FL (took 4+ weeks)
It was not as difficult as I expected. Everything is very political in a large corporation such as this and everyone knows everyone in the industry. It is the type of job where if you know someone you will get hired. So it is better to be a good net-worker within this org than a good interviewer.
