Interviewed May 2010 in Washington, DC (took a day)
I met with the general manager and the interview started with a few behavioral questions as well about my experience about working in a restaurant. He seemed more interested in getting to know about who I was as a person and how I would interact with the staff than about specific experiences since the job is fairly self-explanatory.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
Easiest interview I ever had in my life. I went in person, got a call the next day. She basically asked "why I wanted to work there" and "when can you start?" Hired on the spot.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 days)
Initially, I went to the Ruby Tuesday location I desired to work at. I requested and received an application. Filled out the application and returned it to the hiring manager in person. While turning in my application, I spoke with the hiring manager for a few minutes where I was told I would receive a phone call to set up an interview with the General Manager. I waited several days in anticipation of phone call. After not receiving the phone call, I made a call to the business and requested to speak with the hiring manager. The phone call led to an interview with the General Manager. I feel as though my taking the initiative to make the return phone call showed my desire and motivation to get the job. The interview with the GM led to a job and I was hired on the spot.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
The interview proccess was similar to others of this field. Basic information was asked of me. The general manager also brought in the culinary manager to review my resume. It lasted about an hour, and was very positive. There was a very positive culture within this unit.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Sarasota, FL (took a day)
I got hired on the spot, it was the easiest interview I had ever had. It actually wasn't really much of an interview come to think of it. All it consisted of was, "What happened with your last job? Oh, ok, well, when can you start? I can guarantee that you will make this much money, this is your uniform requirement, show up tomorrow at 9 with these forms of ID." That was it.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 3 weeks)
They contacted me quickly. They had an immediate need. They seemed a little disorganized. The first guy I talked to was an OP who had no idea of his superiors schedule or availability. They were very focused on actual. practical experience. They asked a tremendous amount of background questions, and dug very deep into ifs and whys. They sold the concept on how well they treated people and how committed to people they were.

Negotiation Details
Able to negotiate, their need is always high. They have no commitment to current management team. They believe any sales decrease is due to the mgmt team and are always looking to upgrade. Name your price if you actually have the history to prove it. Negotiate your base pay high because there is no bonus.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
