Interviewed Apr 2010 in Jonesboro, AR (took 2 days)
First met HR at a job fair. Gave resume and got a call three weeks later from HR wanting to know if I still wanted a job. Said yes and later that week I got a call for a phone interview by a Sr Developer. Got an call in a week from HR again giving an offer, started two weeks later.
Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation phase, it was "take it or leave it, we have other people on our list". Because the model is to hire low skill there are plenty of people who will take a position instead of working in retail or fast food.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
