Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 3 days)
Three phone interviews with three Company representatives (although recruiter is contract employee). Was left hanging. For weeks. Finally contacted them to obtain decision. Did not expect this unprofessional behavior from this company.

Back and forth via e-mail prior to conversation. Conversation lasted 1hour and I was told I would be recommended for the next step. Salary was discussed during first call as well as relocation expectations. Next level never came. Interviewer was very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Tacoma, WA (took 3+ weeks)
Very organized
After initial lunch meeting, went in for a series of interviews
Received an informational packet which included bios on three of the four individuals I was to meet
Upon arriving, the department admin was extremely gracious and asked if I had any questions that I wanted answered from a non-mgmt point of view
Great follow-thru
The culture is supportive and strong almost familial but the folks are a bit shell-shocked as Russell did their first serious reductions in force earlier this year.
