I applied online and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Rutgers University in October 2009.

Interview Details – Found this job online- posting for a research assistant in a psychology lab. Great place to work. Wish I got hired there, but they only hire internally for stimulus projects. Lots of research. Bit confusing to get there from northern nj though- roads are often closed, traffic is bad. Workplace culture seemed to be very collaborative.

Interview Question – Why didn't you pursue your senior honors thesis as full-time research after graduation?   Answer Question
