Interviewed May 2008 in Rutland, VT (took a day)
Initial contact was thru email letting me know that I was selected for an interview. Interview consisted of group/panel made up of the director & department employees (5). I only had one interview, but I know that some positions require 2 or 3 interviews. Interview was ok - asked questions by all members. Took weeks to hear back - so long that I didn't think I got the job. Seemed like a great place to work.

I was able to negotiate on salary a little - not much. Each salary has a pay range, so if you have experience, don't be afraid to negotiate.
