Interviewed Mar 2011 in Beltsville, MD (took 3 months)
Found them through Penn State job fair. Did a preliminary interview a few days later. Afterwards I completed the online personality and IQ test. Once that came back positive they wanted to wait until after the new year to do a second round interview. Scheduled that and did a panel interview consisting of 4 interview with different management levels lasting 30 minutes each. After that they made an offer which I accepted.

I did not try to negotiate, other than moving assistance. They did not offer a lump sum, but did offer to pay for any moving van fees.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Drug Test.
