Interviewed Feb 2010 in Detroit, MI (took a day)
There was initial phone interview based on resume. The second round of phone interview was a tele conference with senior management and was situational based interview. The third round (on-site) was a one hour interview (3:1) which included the manager, senior manager and the HR. The HR asked very typical standard behavioral questions. Surprisingly, there were no technical questions, case studies or aptitude test. The interviewers were looking for people with work experience and who get started with work from Day 1. Overall, the company fell below my expectations in terms of interview standards. Also, things move very slowly from one stage to the next stage making it really painful.
There were initial 80 candidates for the first round. 20 for the second round and 4 for the final on-site interview.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Novi, MI (took 2 weeks)
Fairly quick moving at first, but then it slowed down with little communication from the company. First interview was a general phone screen from HR, that was followed by a phone interview with the hiring Finance Manager. Ryder provided good information from the HR group and the Finance interviewer was well prepared and professional. In addition, he provided his contact information for follow up questions. Lacking was any follow-up feedback at the end of the process. Overall it seemed to be well-planned and professional and gave me an overall good impression of the company.
