Interviewed Feb 2010 in Detroit, MI (took a day)
There was initial phone interview based on resume. The second round of phone interview was a tele conference with senior management and was situational based interview. The third round (on-site) was a one hour interview (3:1) which included the manager, senior manager and the HR. The HR asked very typical standard behavioral questions. Surprisingly, there were no technical questions, case studies or aptitude test. The interviewers were looking for people with work experience and who get started with work from Day 1. Overall, the company fell below my expectations in terms of interview standards. Also, things move very slowly from one stage to the next stage making it really painful.
There were initial 80 candidates for the first round. 20 for the second round and 4 for the final on-site interview.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Miami, FL (took 3 weeks)
I applied online and was contacted the following week by the HR recruiter. I went through a screening interview, and was told 100’s of people applied for the position. I was also told my salary requirement was within the recommended range. I went for a face to face with a panel, hiring manager, HR rep. I spent 1 hour in the interview, the questions were typical. If they ask you what the most frustrating experience you have had and how you handled it, lie, they do not like the truth. After 2 weeks, and multiple un-returned calls, I was told they hired internal. I specifically asked if this position was available internally, they said no. Overall, I feel they really never had a position to offer, or, they already had an internal candidate selected, and were going through the motions. They reposted the position 3 weeks later, at 30% below the salary we had spoken about. It was a very disappointing experience, but it has made me more aware for other opportunities for which games are being played.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Well the questions asked ranged from tell about your sell to tell me about a time when you were frustrated and how you dealt with it. People were very nice but one guy in the interview seemed to act better than everyone else in the room. For an interview with them you will just have to have a few times when you have overcome an obstacle.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Miami, FL (took 3 months)
Expect to speak to six or more people and to be asked to interview on-site at least twice over a period of time and interviewed with eight. TheHR staff is very responsive and genuinely interested in making the right match; they're not gatekeepers, but facilitators. To their credit, each batch of interviews was scheduled so I met with three to four people in succession. Most of the sr. managers I spoke with had worked there 10+ years and were out of touch with the realities of the current job market and other corporate cultures. They weren't sure of exactly what they were looking for since it was a new role- fair enough. The hiring manager though it took over a month, was courteous enough to explain why the candidate selected was the best fit and offered to stay in touch for future opps.
