I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Rymax Marketing in September 2012.
Interview Details – Manager wearing a Yankee jersey walked in and tried really hard to act tough. Basically told me this would be the worst job I ever had and needed to expect to be yelled at. The poor HR rep shot me sympathetic glances as I tried my best to impress the woman but she shot down everything I said. Despite the hour long grueling interview and skills test I thankfully never heard back.
Interview Question – (before hearing a job description - there wasn't one online) What are you expecting to learn here? Answer Question
The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Rymax Marketing in June 2012.
Interview Details – One of the standard questions: If You could be any animal what would you be and why? Apparently the answer Camilion is the favorite answer for the company owner...What signifigance this really has is questionalble. Another scenario that was played out...try to make restaurant reservations..the restaurant is full for the day and time you want the reservations...what do you do? I think the reason for this question is to see if you will do what ever it takes to get the reservation or a close alternative or if you will just accept the :"too bad so sad" answer
Negotiation Details – Do NOT agree to the non comepete and do not leave another job for a job at Rymax. You will regret both decisions
The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Rymax Marketing in July 2010.
Interview Details – The interview process included a phone interview, and two office visits, which included three in-person interviews (a one-on-one session with each person) the first visit and an interview with a panel of three the second visit. I also had to submit to a background check and credit check, and I had to write a very labor-intensive process/procedure manual for them. The entire interview process took three weeks. Then, after a follow-up email I received a letter from the organization with vague language about not hiring someone, etc.
Interview Question – Everyone writes like their favorite author. Who is yours? View Answer
