Applied through the website and they responded after a couple weeks. Initial phone screen was very basic and covered a resume walkthrough and a few questions about working with data and leadership.
In person interview covered typical behavioral questions, "Tell me about a time..." Details about interest in SCJ brands and the company and the location. Focused on leadership and overall company fit. Two person interview, very conversational.

Behavioural Interview: assessed team and leadership abilities, typical interview questions like tell me about yourself. Also more specific scenarios like tell me about a time you were under pressure etc.
Case: asked specific scenario questions like, if a new competitor was entering x market, what would you do to protect market share
Asked about AC Nielsen experience.

Amazing, HR was very open to discussing changes in salary given the long commute I would have to take.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
