Interview Details – A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Gave me a phone interview where some basic resume background information was asked, and told me to apply online and that she would pass my resume onto the hiring team. This was over a month ago, and I have never heard back from her. I tried following up, but my emails were ignored. It is a bit unprofessional to reach out to somebody and then ignore them when they try to follow up with you.

Interview Details – Initially got the interview through campus recruiting. The interview was two on one with a heavy emphasis on behavioral questions. They did ask a marketing case question, but it was an unstructured and open ended one. A few days later they informed me through email that I didn't receive a second round. Overall, it wasn't a bad interview. Interviewers were pretty open and friendly. Make sure to do your research on the entire CPG industry, not just SCJ.

Interview Details – There were two interviewers, both in my field. They had a list of questions to ask and went through the list. Once that was over, I asked them various questions and got to know them more. They made me an offer in person 30 minutes after my interview. HR contacted me the same day with paperwork to fill out. I received the paperwork in email and in the mail and mailed it back within a week.
Interview Questions
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Racine, WI Feb 2011 – Reviewed Jun 12, 2012
Interview Details – I had a 8.5 hour LONG day of interviews. I was even interviewed over lunch while I ate. They use the STAR method (Google it). They ask a question and I had to explain a situation I was in that was similar and details of that situation. YES- 8.5 hours with multiple different people. They were very focused on if I was a fit for their company and had a sense of arrogance. I did not have a chance to ask a lot of questions and they Forgot I was also interviewing them. They seemed very old school. The worst part was the last person- it was the manager- he had the hardest questions and my brain was shutting off due to 8 hours of interviewing. I have never been that exhausted in my life. I ended up accepting the offer due to salary/location.
Interview Question – Describe a situation you were in a department that had a large process change. How were you affected and how did you handle the situation? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I negotiated salary and an extra week of vacation. The starting date was the hardest to negotiate. I would ask for what you want and be cautious too as they think you should be dying to work for them.
No Offer – Interviewed in Racine, WI Apr 2012 – Reviewed Jun 5, 2012
Interview Details – The interview started with a phone call and lead to a in person four and half hour interview. I was disappointed they did not get back to me sooner regarding the out come. They said 1 - 2 weeks and it took almost a month. They shouldn't string people along especially if you are not the right candidate for them.
Interview Question – Describe a time when you didn't meet your goal(s)? Answer Question
