SABMiller Head Office Support Function Interview

2 interviews, one with the Talent Acquisition team and another with the business area. First interview was good, interviewers were interested in past experience and what would bring to the table although technical skills for the role were untested. Second interview with the Head of the department did not test technical skills either and interviewer did not seem interested on the candidate. Interviewer did not provide enough insight as to the role and department, despite significant questioning on the part of the candidate. Candidate did not think the company would be a good fit and dropped out of the process.
