Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 5 weeks)
I submitted my resume online and spoke with a company recruiter the next day. We set up a phone interview later that week. This interview was strictly behavioral and the recruiter told me the expected salary range, etc. I went into the office a couple of weeks later for an interview with two VPs. This was another behavioral interview, though the content was a bit different from a normal interview given I had previously interned for this firm (e.g. "Why would you like to come back now?"). I was made an offer two weeks later.
The culture of my group is relaxed and collegial, though I can't speak to the culture of the company as a whole.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
The recruiter and VP I worked with were pretty straightforward and utilized a fair and balanced benchmarking system. While the company pays a bit lower by level than my previous employer, I did negotiate a 6% salary increase along with a 9/80 flex schedule.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.

Interviewed May 2011 in North Charleston, SC (took 1 week)
The interview process was pretty basic but the hiring process was far more detailed, particularly information related to the security clearances.
Negotiation Details
The negotiation process was pretty straigtforward but I highly suggest reviewing company salaries prior to accepting a salary/position.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Washington, DC (took a day)
Interviewed at job fair, interview went great, I was told when an opening became available, I would be contacted. Three weeks later, an opening came available and nothing happened. Contacted HR rep and I wasn't on the hiring list, personal grudge... Can't contact hiring manager, do not have access through ISSIAC

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 3+ weeks)
Interview consisted of a conference call between HR, the project manager, and myself. Questions were straight forward and to-the-point, IE what specialized courses have you completed, how many years have you been in your current position, what are your salary expectations, etc.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in El Segundo, CA (took 2+ weeks)
The initial communication with the recruiter / coordinator to arrange the interview time/date were efficient and timely
The actual interview felt very rushed. It was a group interview, two on one. Only one interview, some specific questions about experience with their particular customer; they really focused on the experience with specific customers (branch of US Military).

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 days)
SAIC had much better communication than other companies I dealt with. The first interviewer was professional and friendly. The second interviewer on the next day was very professional though a little vague at points. Since it can be very difficult to measure someone's response and tone over the phone, it made it a little difficult to tell what specific information he needed.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Huntsville, AL (took a day)
I was led into a darkened room. The interviewer asked software 101 classroom questions then instructed me to write code on the white board. The interviewer was the software lead with very little experience and only a couple of years in his career. The darkened room and absence of professional courtesy was evident of a lesser company and not the high professional standards of SAIC.
