i went to the place earlier than the planned time. then i was interviewed. it took like 10 mins and the interview was done. the guy said he was gonna call me later today but i didn't here from him i dont knw why and i didn't follow up. i guess that why i didnt get the job

Applied online... Then a month later got scheduled for an interview. The interview in my opinion was difficult. My first interview was with the Team Leader I believe then the Manager. The first interview was bad in my opinion but I was scheduled for another one on the same day because she liked me. I was interviewed for the cashier but then she thought I would be better fit with the Lot Attendant for a short time. Second one was the exact same as the first one and she said if I didn't receive a phone call in a week to call back and check on my status. I really wanted the job but I didn't pressure myself into getting it. If you really want the job make sure you smile, be friendly and check on your status of your application.

Apply online, heard something back within a week. Interview went very well, asked simple questions about people skills and cash handling skills. Weekend availability is a big thing for them.

I had to make multiple phone calls to inquire about my online application. You should definitely inquire about when they're hiring or not, that will save you a lot of time. My interview process was on two separate days; first day was with a Lead from one of the departments, and the second day was with the Manager in charge of hiring. The questions were rather run-of-the-mill, but did make you think a little bit. It was very non-threatening to say the least. One thing I saw were interview applicants walking in with jeans and what have you for the interview, that is by-far the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen and I strongly suggest you dress to impress (e.g., business casual). The orientation was actually casual so don't come there thinking it's going to be a professionally dressed orientation.

Sent in my online application and received a call the next day to come in for an interview (it was during the holiday season so I probably sent my application in at just the right time). I had to interview with two separate managers the first day and then 2 days later, I interviewed with the 3rd manager and received the job offer right there.

Negotiation Details
They say that the computer chooses your salary based on experience. I had very little experience and another cashier I work with has 30 years experience. However, we were both offered the same salary. No negotiation there. However, you can negotiate which days and times you are available to work as the schedule for cashiers is all done thru the computer.

I applied online and within days I had a person from Sam's Club contact me for an interview. The first inteview was conducted by a Check Out Supervisor, in which they would ask you about prevoius job experiences and diffucult factors you have faced in the work environment.
The second interview was conducted by a member of the management team. Basically he just looked over my resume and asked if I thought I would be a good casier and how I would like it.

They called me and then I went to the store a day later and waited in the break room. Then the manger came out and interviewed me. Then I had another interview a day later with the pharmacist. She said they would call me two days later if they were interested. No phone call. Most of the questions were problem related, so think about 5 or more different problems (some of them customer related) you've had in your previous work experience and how you dealt with it and the policies you followed. Also they like it if you've had customer experience. They were nice so don't worry. But be prepared because their are no tell about yourself questions.

I arrived and asked for who had called me and she took a little while to come and get me but when she did we went into a room and she asked maybe six questions that required very in depth answers about how i handled different situations at previous jobs. And at the end she told me when she was planning on calling me back .
