Interview Details – The hiring process at SAP is mix of formal and informal interviews . I talked to both panels of interviewers who asked about my past experiences and also folks took me to informal lunch and coffee where they tried to find out more about what I want , what will be a good role for me , etc
Interview Question – Describe the end to end procurement and order management process at 2 of the clients you have worked with earlier - in SAP end to end is truly end to end since the folks at the interview know each and every node in the business process View Answer
Negotiation Details – It was kind of straight forward where there was some negotiation on the total cost to company and they tried to reach my aspirations

Interview Details – The interviews are pretty straightforward testing you on the programming language aspects of the language you have been working on.Might even move towards design patterns MVC being a hot favorite.Then database concepts are also tested asking if there has been prior experience in database design or optimization.Do expect SQL based questions-joins being a favorite again.Leadership experience is also sought after if experienced people are being interviewed.There could be chances people might ask you about compilers or data structures but they are less.

SAP Labs visited our VESIT, Mumbai on 17th January...
First there was an Online Aptitude Test that comprised of 3 sections...
1. General Aptitude (Quant, Verbal & Logical) (Quite Easy)
2. Adv Computer Skills (Not too tough...Basic Tech Questions
3. Data Structure Questions...(BST, AVL Trees, B,B+ Trees, etc)
20 cleared Aptitude out of nearly 100...
Then Two (or three) Rounds of Technical Interviews..
They Covered almost every thing in Tech Interviews...Database, Data Structures, (C/C++/Java) questions, OS, Networks,etc in First Tech

2nd Tech Round was mostly on BE Project or other Projects listed in Resume
10 cleared this round
3rd Tech (Mine)....Database Schemas, Queries, Normalization,etc
Only 2 faced this round
Then a Managerial Round...
A scenario of work scheduling was given...

Pretty Smooth. I applied through the Job Portal and the HR contacted me.
It was followed by 2 Technical rounds, a Manager and a HR round. Questions were based on previous experience and also some puzzles.

Negotiation Details – No negotiation of Salary. But a competitive salary and benefits as per market rate was offered.

Interview Details – Technical interview with emphasis on my focus area. Very relevant questions. 2 tech rounds, one round with manager, one round with practice head, and finally with HR. There is no set interview process in SAP, all depends from case to case.

1st i went through written exam. After that there was technical round of facetoface interview.
