Interviewed Jan 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
I had my online exam on 19th of december. Then i was called for interview in sap labs bangalore on 12th january 2012. The sap campus is awesome. first round was a 1:1 technical interview, manager joined in between the technical round and asked managerial questions. Technical questions were basic questions on c, c++, OOPS, database, project details and any real life software development experience if any. Next round was completely Manager round . Manager asked questions like where do u want to see urself in 2 years, how will i manage myself in a group in which one person doesnt like me and all those kind off questions . Last round was HR . HR is seniour member and i guess the Vice president of the company. general questions on family, hobbies , why SAP?. dream companies, long term goals, what do i want to inprove in myself, etc etc.. finally all rounds were over and HR called me inside a panel and said " Congratulations, we offer a role in our company" . got a confirmation mail the next day. waiting for offer letter now. Hopefully it will be soon

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
I was selected to SAP LABS from campus (PESIT, Bangalore) on October 2011. The cut off required to attend the aptitude test was 7 GPA / 70%. There were a total of 3 rounds.
The first round was an online aptitude round which had 95 questions. There was 90 minutes to answer with sectional timing. The various sections were Verbal, Analytic and Technical. 33 people out of a total of 250 cleared the online round.
Second round was a technical interview and I was asked questions from most of the core CS subjects in my undergrad course. 15 people cleared this round.
Third round was a HR round and it involved me talking about why I wanted to work at SAP LABS. Also I was required to talk about my final project and there was a coding question as well in the HR round. 12 people were give offers from PESIT (and PESSE) .
I found the people to be very nice and friendly and was impressed with the way they went about with the selection process. The culture seemed very relaxed and informal judging by the fact that students dressed in casual T shirts and jeans were also offered jobs. (Some companies like Goldman Sachs required students to come dressed in business casuals for their interview).
Advice to other Candidates: Be technically strong for the aptitude test and in the interview be in a relaxed state and be yourself.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 days)
I had 2 technical 1:1. They mainly focused on analytical & data structure skills. I did well and all i got positive response. But HR is very unprofessional. He had never updated me anything regarding the progress. No Proper mail communication from HR even after i completed all the rounds of interview. Whenever i call & ask regarding the status , he replied it will take one more day. Then again i called him after a week. His reply was "Sorry you have not cleared the interview". HR Result it seems. Then he was not the HR of SAP for the past 1week whenever i ask the status? . why cant he just send an update? It's a worst experience with these kind of HR.

Interviewed May 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
HR is most unprofessional . These guyz said i would be interviewed by some very technical person who is the head of some group. The person hardly was interested in my answer has he was busy with his black berry most of the time. Then after sometime , he asked me if i have done "requirement side " and something which i was unfamiliar . They want people to be architect with ABAP . I have no clue what was there requirement and why they called me if they wanted people who can get requirement from customer.
In end, HR said, since it is lunch time you can probably have lunch (as if i was beggar) and go (they said go and nothing more).
