Interviewed Dec 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 weeks)
There were three interviews. Two technical rounds and one manager round. Techical rounds were quite detailed. Questions were from basics to design patterns and detailed analysis of work experience. People were quite friendly during the interview. I was not at all intimidated by the whole process. For a techincal job role, be well prepared in all aspects.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Got the interview call via applying online. The interview invite process was fast. But big disappointment at the interview. Two people took the interview. They were in a hurry to get it done. Before I could answer one person's question the other one would throw a different question, and moreover they were not even listening to the answers. At the beginning they asked me about which field I am good at ? On saying windows , all the question were from linux ?? The position was for senior technical consultant, but without going to broad fields of technologies, the interview was very limited to Virtualization and linux :(.
I dont think they had a idea of exactly what they needed. Or even if they needed anybody. The questions asked were average not going to the technical depth of any of it.
The IT team asked about my expected salary (In my current company its the job of HR and not your would-be peers). That shows something not very good. They asked me about my current company's customers, to which I denied. They were not very happy with the idea of not disclosing customer names. This was needed to know what kind of environment I have worked upon ??? you got my whole resume infront of you. :).

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
1st Round - online test of 90 mins, of which 1st 30 mins of Quantitative analysis, 2nd 30 mins divided in 3parts all compromises of DBMS, Java and general Engineering Questions. The last part divided in 5 parts on English(1.Reasoning, 2.Appropriate words, 3.Appropriate phrases, 4.Rearrange of order of sentence(sort of reasoning) 5.Passage). About 50% cleared this phase in our Collage.
2nd round Technical- mostly based on C, C++, java, DBMS. DBMS is obvious. The more you answer is better. Here also asked about any Project you have done before, if done details regarding the Project. About 40% cleared this phase.
3rd round HR- This phase seemed not important, easy questions about the candidate is asked. About 80% cleared this phase.
4th round Managerial HR- The main question here if you would like to a manager someday or not. I yes, Some hard Case Studies are asked on a 1:1 interview.
