I applied to a HR personnel at first through e-mail, and then get a call back as phone interview for 20 minutes, basically questions on my skills around the requirements of the position. Then I was offered an interview opportunity in Shanghai, when 2 employee interviewed me on my experience and skills. I did board programming.

First interview, HR asks your favorite language and asks corresponding questions. I choose java, so some typical java questions are asked, then some behavior question such as your weakness, your strength and so on. Second on-site interview, a week after, 1) 2 junior developer, technique questions
Third on-site interview, a week later 1) 2 senior developer 2) Manager
