Interviewed May 2010 in Maidenhead, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Simple process. Was supposed to be one interview with HR and line manager, plus tests but they ended up bringing someone else in to ask additional questions and lastly showed me round the office. Took about four hours in the end.
There was a maths test (mainly analysis, business scenarios etc, WITH a calculator) and a verbal reasoning test. After this there was a personality test, which I thought would be mumbo jumbo, but it was totally spot on.
Expect aggressive and confrontational questioning if you are meeting a director. Be complimentary about the recent run of acquisitions.

Get as much as you can, as you can't count on a pay rise when you are here. They are flexible with job titles if that's what you are gunning for.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

Applied for job position online although the job description was vague i.e. do you enjoy working in a team, enjoy working with clients etc. Disconnect between HR and actual interviewer. Several interviewees did 1:1 interviews in the hallway because a room had not been arranged to conduct interviews. Was not interviewed by right interviewer i.e. interviewer who already had my resume had been given another candidate. After interview process, did not bring to our attention the interview process to all of the interviewees until much later.
