Interviewed Feb 2011 in Oaks, PA (took 5 weeks)
Applied for the position online. Received an invitation to interview at the company. Full day affair consisting on a tour of the campus, a Q&A session, and four one on one 30 minute interviews. The environment is very laid back and they questions are not very difficult to answer, some behavioral but also things like "What do you like about SEI". Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Be open and stress how well you will fit into their culture; they really pride themselves on it.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. Interns are paid 10.00 per hour without overtime possibility. At the end there is a $1200 bonus that is up to the manager to award to you.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
