The interview process at SHP was quite simple. I received a reference through a joint venture with the University I attended and the Company. They are always looking for someone with a great personality that shows good architectural skills in a portfolio

There really wasn't much of a negotiation since it was an internship. They are pretty good about offering competitive internship pay.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

I submitted my resume online through their website. I had an immediate response from their Human Resource Manager the day afterward. I was scheduled a phone call interview 4 days later with the HR Manager and their Lead Engineer due to the distance. A couple of days later I received an email saying that although they were impressed by my qualifications they were seeking a more local candidate.
