There is more than one interview. I sent in the app online just after the drop dead date. They called a few days later and set up an interview for about a week and half later in the territory. On the first interview they asked many typical interview questions and also wanted to know what I knew about the company. Brush up on the solar energy of the building, this was a big deal. Otherwise easy conversation. Didn't hear from them for many days regarding a next interview, when I did...it was 14 days in advance. They asked me to travel quite a ways with no compensation for this. Nothing more yet. Looks like a long process. I was told the start date could be as long as 2 months away!
