Interview Details – The initial interview process was only a screening round. However the screening was done by the recruiting manager itself and not any HR person.
The recruiting manager seemed a very buzy person and setting up the first interview took almost a month

Interview Details – Rude interviewer on telephone, followed by first interview followed by second interview. The questions were not behavioral nor were they planned. Very off handed approach to the process.
Negotiation Details – No negotiations. Told what was offered was all there was.
