The initial interview process was only a screening round. However the screening was done by the recruiting manager itself and not any HR person.
The recruiting manager seemed a very buzy person and setting up the first interview took almost a month

Interviewed Jun 2008 (took 2 weeks)
Rude interviewer on telephone, followed by first interview followed by second interview. The questions were not behavioral nor were they planned. Very off handed approach to the process.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
