Interview lasted a full day. Met the entire research team, discussed my experiences. It really went well, just plan on being there all day and being asked about what you specifically did as a researcher. Make sure you focus on relevant skills for the job. Read the job description before hand and make sure you have experience to back up the skills they need.

My initial communications were through e-mail. They were transitioning to a new online application system and my cover letter and writing sample did not initially make it to my interviewer, but my interviewer was subsequently able to obtain them after finding out I had submitted them. I was asked about my research experience, and in particular was asked to explain in detail my experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
