Interview Details – Apply, phone interview, in person interview, then they will offer your the job. Its not bad very typical. It would probably be good to study common interview questions they love to ask those.

Interview Details – Outsourced to a recruiting firm that was unfamiliar with hospital operations. Did indepth phone interview and was I asked "how to spell" terms and "what is that exactly?" It took nearly three weeks to get the phone call that I was told that I would receive the next day. The interview with the department head was great, the peer interview was exhausting (in a good way) and was hired.

Interview Details – After moving to OKC, attended a "job fair" at the facility and was able to talk to unit manager.

Interview Question – My salary expectation -- I was told that there was "no way" that I would get what I'd been paid at previous job in Houston, TX   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I accepted that I wouldn't get the salary in Oklahoma that I had in TX

Interview Details – The phone interview consisted of behavioral type questions. 1:1 questions were centered around managing projects and conflict resolution. Overall, the interview went okay, not very encouraging, interviewer had a very rigid demeanor.. Was informed of requirements of the job, and given a date that applicants will be contacted for Peer interview; no return call.
