Interviewed Jun 2011 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 2 weeks)
1st round of interview was done by a HR Personal and immediate superior of the position. Decent chat. Immediate superior gave a good outlook and perspective of what the job would consist of. Very frank with the job. Gave reasonable expectations to candidate if the job was to be taken up.
2nd round interview was with the VPs of similar departments. Similar session as the 1st. Gave a broader view of the job and career advancement.
Both interviews ask the usual interview questions and of course, questions related to aviation field.
